When and how can it be applied ?

  1. Forensic Hypnosis is used to recall a crime scene by victims, witnesses.

  2.  It also can be used for defendants. 

  3. There have been many court challenges in the use of hypnosis, but if it is documented by using a video camera and audio along with  a certified Forensic Hypnotherapist the challenges are of no consequence.

  4. Can a person fabricate a story while under hypnosis? Yes, but so can an eye witness that is not under hypnosis. This is way the information must be corroborated by additional evidence. 

  5. Can a defendants testimony be used in all States if he or she was hypnotized ? Yes The Federal Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the defendant to use a hypnotist for his defense as a constitutional right . In many cases the use of a hypnotist can be used on witnesses. 

  6. Can I use a Hypnotist in a State where the courts do not allow the testimony in the Trial? Yes  You can use hypnosis on a throw-away witness to build your evidence.
